It was easy to get around Auckland from Epsom Motel, with shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. The room was tidy and well cared for, and had what I needed. I especially liked the comfortable bed and how quiet it was at night. The staff were welcoming and happy to help. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and I had a lovely stay.

We stayed two nights and could walk to the showgrounds, restaurants and hospital without taking the car. The room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and had been freshly refurbished and repainted. The new owners had only taken over that week and were lovely and very accommodating. They even saved us a parking spot while we went out for the evening, so we had somewhere to park when we got back. We’d definitely stay again, especially for how handy it is to the showgrounds.

Francis gave us warm, friendly service. The Epsom motel room was nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed, good carpet and a pleasant bathroom. The kitchenette had also been newly renovated. The racetrack is just across the road, and the excellent Farros gourmeyt market is 50 m away.

We made a last-minute booking and they were happy to fit us in. They even let us check in after office hours. The room was exceptionally clean and really pleasant, especially for such a low price. Communication from the staff was great, and my partner and I had a genuinely nice stay.
