The staff were really nice and accommodating. They let us check in early and store our luggage both before and after the stay. The room was spacious, with plenty of amenities, including a kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, fridge, counter, and drawers. There was also a large desk that worked well for remote work, and the bathroom was huge. The location was perfect too. Would highly recommend.

A good experience overall. The rooms were clean and a decent size, and I didn't hear any noise during my stay, so I assume the soundproofing is good. Restaurants and stores are nearby, and public transport is excellent. The only downside is there's no restaurant or cafe on site.

We had a great spot for exploring Auckland for a day, near the waterfront and restaurants and bars. The room felt private and was very quiet, with a nice view and fairly updated decor. It was clean and a great size for two people. The bed, covers, and pillows were nice, and we slept well. The shower was good, and for a short stay there were enough amenities: a small fridge, plates, silverware, and bathroom supplies. Everything was excellent and comfortable.

loved staying here for 2 nights. super clean, big bedroom with basic tea and coffee, ironing stuff, hair dryer and a safe. close to the CBD, heaps of coffee and dinner places, and i loved being near the ferry port. really happy with my stay!

Even though it's on a main road, the room was very quiet. It was a good size and cleaned daily, with complimentary tea and coffee, plus a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. The location is handy for walking to lots of attractions and good restaurants.
