The apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen, and the view from the room and balcony was great. It’s a convenient location, with downtown Auckland a short walk or bus ride away. The staff were helpful and polite. I stayed in May 2011 and had an excellent experience. An email from them today reminded me I’d meant to write this review. I used to go to Revel, the excellent cafe down Karangahape Road (K-Road), almost every morning for breakfast and coffee. I’d love to return.

We had a great experience here in 2019. It’s somewhat expensive, but close to the services you need, whether you’re going by car, bus or on foot. It felt safe, and there’s basement parking. Sometimes parking is paid, and sometimes you have to pay.

This is an apartment building now, not a hotel. The location beside K' Rd is good, but there’s very little visitor parking. The apartments work, though the interiors look tired and could use a renovation.

A beautiful apartment, with lovely neighbours. Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are all close by.
