Free parking was a big help when driving around Auckland, and the staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. I found the room comfortable and well cared for, the place was very clean, and breakfast had a delicious range of options. The Wi-Fi did drop out at times, and sound carried in from outside and nearby rooms. Even with those issues, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel for its comfort and service.

The pool area was a relaxing spot, and the laundry was hard to beat at $4 to wash and $4 to dry. The rooms and shared areas were well designed and decorated, and the renovation has been done nicely. Staff were wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the food, particularly the breakfast buffet. We loved our stay and will book again.

I was on the ground floor by the main road and a main walkway, so it could get noisy now and then. Parnell Road and lots of good places to eat are close, though the walk there is a long uphill one. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were professional and helpful. When my plumbing blocked, Tony the maintenance guy fixed it straight away, thank you ☺️. It’s a centrally located hotel with free parking.

We’d happily come back, and recommend Rose Park Hotel. My daughter and I loved the balcony room looking over the Rose Gardens, along with room service and the easy, free parking. The location made it simple to get to Newmarket, Parnell, and the CBD. It was too cold for the pool while we were there, but we would’ve used it if the weather had been warmer.

Free parking was really convenient, and the hotel is such good value, affordable without cutting corners on quality. My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was soooo comfortable. The customer service was 10/10. Niti was especially lovely, friendly, and kind. She helped us for most of our stay, went above and beyond, and kept checking that we were comfortable and happy with the room. Highly recommend staying here!
