The place was comfortable, clean, and tidy, with fairly new modern decor. The gardens and surrounding areas could use some weeding and a cleanup, and a few bedroom windows didn't close properly. Matakana is close by, about a 10-minute drive or a good 40-minute walk. Nice stay in a comfy little place.
