Wendy was lovely to work with when we booked Unit 1E, and we'd definitely come back. The clean unit had everything our family needed, and it was quiet at night. From the living room we could just glimpse the water. The location was close to everything and within walking distance of Britomart Train station, shops, and the ferries over to Waiheke and Devonport. Thanks, Wendy!

It's a lovely place in central Auckland with full services for families. There isn't a sound wall, though, so the bathrooms get a bit noisy when in use.

I was pleased with my stay, especially because the manager at "Latitude 37" noticed something was wrong and acted straight away. Mosquitoes had got into my apartment and I couldn't get rid of them or buy repellent. She brought mosquito spray immediately and arranged delivery of an anti-mosquito device, which turned my initial three-star rating into a recommendation. The people are very friendly, and the apartment had all the appliances and supplies I needed: a complete kitchen, a dish, stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, spatula, kitchen towels, and dish detergent. My ground-floor apartment faced a busy road, but the noise was tolerable. There was also a balcony with chairs and a small table, a pleasant spot to have coffee with a colleague in the evening. It's almost right beside the marina.
