That bed was incredible, a super king and the most comfortable one we had on the whole trip. The manager was friendly, and the location was handy, with a mall just up the road for dinner. Check-in was quick too. The rest was a letdown for the price. The place felt very run down and badly in need of refurbishment. Our room had no proper kitchenette, the shower door leaked so badly that the tiles stayed soaked, and the spa bath in the executive suite we booked hadn’t worked for quite some time. In the bathroom, the main light switch also turned on a loud extractor fan, and one of the lights above the mirror was out, leaving it quite dark. The lounge was cramped and filled with mismatched furniture. Other tenants smoked inside, leaving a terrible smell, and there were loud voices and someone yelling in the room above us. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but I wouldn’t return or recommend it. The bed, friendly manager and location are why I gave it more than one star.

The room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxed stay. I especially loved the balcony and the feeling of being left alone, without a hawke watching over you or a lobby full of eyes to pass through.

Parking was a nightmare, and the customer service felt impersonal. Inside, there was mold on the curtains and mold and dirt in the unclean bathroom. The power point was loose and coming away from the wall, and the fridge made noise from inside the cupboard. I was exceptionally disappointed. Don’t stay here or waste your money.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was just right for what we wanted, and the staff were lovely. We’d definitely come back.

For the price, it was good, and everything seemed great at first. We’d hoped for some peace before my husband’s hospital appointment, but a plasterer worked on the roof for a couple of hours and made a huge racket. I called the office to complain, and it stopped about 3/4 hour later. The toilet cistern also leaked into the bowl all night.
