The staff were pleasant and helpful from the moment I arrived, which really added to my stay. I was there for six nights at Quest Parnell for a course in New Market, and the room was clean and tidy. I liked having elements to cook on and used them, and the washer and dryer came in handy since I didn’t want to do too much washing. I also used the gym, which has a lap pool. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and boutique clothing shops nearby, and Newmarket Westfield is about a 2km walk if you want to shop. Quest Parnell is also close to Manuka Doctor Arena. A few colleagues and I bought a ground pass and enjoyed an evening at the ASB classic. Thanks for a great stay, I’ll definitely be back.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a washing machine, dryer, and all the kitchen basics. Check-in was quick and easy. I’d pick this place again, highly recommend.

Pennie and Paul were lovely hosts, warm and welcoming, and always willing to help. Pennie shared lots of ideas for places to go and things to see. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and freshly renovated, so it felt comfortable and up to date. It’s near everything we needed, yet still a peaceful place to come back to. The staff were VERY friendly, and the apartment had everything I needed: washer and dryer, kitchen, kettle, dishes and pots, plus a small dishwasher. Restaurants and shops are just steps away. It’s easy to Uber to attractions or walk to the museum and rose park. There’s a small gym and an indoor/outdoor lap pool. One thing to know, Heather street access has half a flight of steps. You can avoid them by going via Falcon and down a short alley, though it’s not obvious.
