Regal Residency

We came from overseas with our family and had a wonderful stay. We've visited many parts of New Zealand and stayed in different motels, but this place was especially memorable. Mr. Shailender, thank you for your kindness and effort in making our visit so enjoyable. We really appreciate it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to other families.

We stayed a week and were very happy with the managers' service. The room was well equipped, including for children. The only things to improve would be the doors slamming loudly and the cleanliness, which I'd rate 5 out of 10. Apart from that, it was a very good place.

This was our third visit because it's conveniently close to Barfoot & Thompson Stadium, but it'll be our last. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was enough. We had already left feedback on Booking.com hoping management would make improvements, but nothing has changed, and some things seem worse. The floors are still dirty and sticky, the bedding is worn, and there's no soundproofing, so it's noisy. This time the cutlery and tea towels were dirty too. Gosh, so disgusting.

We've travelled extensively around New Zealand and stayed at motels in many different places. This was by far one of our most enjoyable stays. Our family came from overseas, and Mr.Shailender, the Property Manager, provided us with the best accommodation available and was incredibly generous with his time. We really appreciate your service and thank you on behalf of everyone in our family. Highly recommend this place for families.
