Star Park Serviced Apartments

The fast Wi-Fi was a plus, and a female staff member quickly moved us when we reported that our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The location was convenient for my conference at Sky City, but most of the rest was very average. The rooms were much smaller than they looked, and the second bedroom felt more like a closet, with space for a single bed against the wall and just a narrow sliver beside it. We could only get one key for a two bedroom apartment, which was difficult at times. The gym's 8 am to 8 pm hours weren't advertised, and we only discovered them at 5:30 am when we went to work out.

The building is well kept, and the rooms are pleasant and quiet. There were two things that bothered me. The bathroom was very small for the size of the room, and its tiny sink was hard to use. Also, the window couldn't be opened, so it was difficult to clear the different smells when other people were cooking.

Waking up to the city from our balcony was a highlight, and we loved going to bed with that same amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, with city views from the bedroom and the glass wall. The service was amazing too. Thanks so much to the awesome staff member Maddie.

We paid $390 for a tiny room with a nice view, and the bathroom was so cramped you could hardly turn around. Parking wasn't included, and getting there and finding a place to park was complicated. The receptionists were nice, but other staff seemed unprofessional. Cleaning staff got into our lift with smelly rubbish. There were no extra benefits, and I wouldn't recommend it.
