The bathroom and kitchenette had everything we needed, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was an exceptionally hot day in December, so having air conditioning was a real plus. The staff member at check-in was very friendly. The parking is by reception rather than near the room. We managed fine with our luggage, but it could be worth knowing if you have health issues that make carrying or rolling bags difficult. It wouldn't put us off, and we'd book here again without hesitation.

We loved the garden and pool, especially with our very large family, and it was an easy walk to the waterfront and town centre. The hospitality was lovely from start to finish, and the price when we stayed was very low compared with other places we'd tried. I think the beachfront view may be why. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The kitchen had everything, including an oven and microwave, and the pillows were wonderfully soft. The bathroom was spotless and seemed mindful of water use. Laundry was easy and efficient too. Great value, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Really good value for what we paid. It was clean and quiet, with all the basics covered, including plenty of soap and shower supplies. The owner was very friendly. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful, but we'd come back. The town is nice too.

The manager was friendly, and the place was very quiet, with restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the older-style, spacious King Size Studio no 8. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had a good range of utensils.

We've stayed here three or four times and would happily recommend it. The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean, and the motel is conveniently close to town for an affordable price. The lady in the office is lovely and efficient. Thanks, we'll be back. Bob Stevenson Hastings
