Castlepoint Holiday Park And Motel Accommodation

The beach is still our favourite place to visit, just as it has been for ages, and everything felt the way I remembered it. We had a great family camping trip in summer 2026. The beachfront location is great, the facilities were very clean, and the staff were amazing. It felt relaxed and safe for families and tourists. One small tip for next time: bring as much food and supplies as you can. The local shop is handy for top-ups, but quite pricey. I know convenience stores make their money during peak season, though the prices still felt a bit excessive. That's no fault of the camp. Thanks for a great holiday, we'll be back!

The park is huge, with plenty of accommodation options, and it was kept tidy. But we won't be back. We booked a beachfront site for our caravan several weeks ahead. Because of the size of our van, the park assigned us two sites, which were meant to have an unobstructed ocean view. On arrival, we'd been moved elsewhere, where another motorhome or caravan blocked our view for almost all of our four-night stay. The only clear stretch was between one guest checking out and the next van arriving. Even that was spoiled when other park guests came to have a beach party and parked their vehicles right between our caravan and the ocean.

The management were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of walks and places to explore nearby. We stayed in cabin 9, which had wonderful views, and the facilities were excellent and clean. I'll definitely come back.

We were really pleased with the cabin and its ocean sunrise views, and it was good value. The cabin and the features we paid for were as described, with no unexpected surprises. The facilities suited our needs too. We had an incident that meant checking in really late, but the after-hours service handled the last-minute changes smoothly and made it stress-free.
