The patio studio was lovely, with big glass windows overlooking the lush garden. Sue and Greg were delightful hosts, and the location was convenient. They’d stocked the room with fruit, cereal and snacks, and had even bought non-dairy milk for us. We’d happily stay again.

The owners were lovely and so helpful. It was such a quiet, relaxing place, with a clean pool and spa and a beautiful outdoor area. You can tell a lot of care went into making it comfortable.

There was so much to do here, and it was really cheap. They even provided everything I needed to eat. I couldn't use the pool because it was too cold, sadly, but there was also a basketball court and a shed full of things to play with. This place is wild.

We stayed two nights at Maples on Harewood last week after a fantastic trip around New Zealand, and it was a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast selection was wonderful, and we really appreciated the pool, hot tub, tennis court and all the other extras. If you want somewhere relaxing with a super host, this is the place.
