The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. It’s an easy walk to the train station, or you can take the complimentary shuttle. Prince handled my booking mistake especially well, with quick, helpful communication. Good value, and I’d recommend it.

We needed somewhere handy before taking the Coastal train north, and Tower Junction was perfect, just two minutes from the station. They also offer a shuttle there. Prince, the owner, was accommodating and helpful, and Tip, who cleaned the rooms, was sweet and helpful too. We had a positive stay.

We spent three nights in a two-bedroom unit at Tower Junction Motor Lodge with our adult daughter during our recent holiday in NZ. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with free parking. The location is convenient for walking to the train station. The owners kept to themselves but were happy to help with transport and other things. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the kitchenette was nicely equipped. The shuttle got us to the train station safely and arrived promptly, which was helpful. My only disappointment was the lack of AC, but a floor fan was provided and opening the windows cooled the room.

Our arrival was late because of the Pacific Coastal train, and the staff were very accommodating. They kept up their professional, helpful service by arranging both a taxi and a shuttle for us.
