My upstairs one-bedroom unit wasn’t brand new, but it was perfectly adequate and well maintained. It was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and it stayed quiet despite being right on Bealey Ave. The proprietor was pleasant and polite. There’s adequate parking, though turning around could be tight if it’s full. The CBD is about 500 metres away, an easy walk. There’s no lift.
4/10
The king bed was very comfortable, and the place was friendly, clean, and tidy. The unit was really small, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and noise came through the floors, so earplugs helped. Free Wi-Fi was slow and unstable. It’s central, with shops and restaurants a short drive away.
6/10
The staff were nice and friendly, and it’s close to the central city with popular places an easy walk away. The downsides were the noise through the rooms, especially when toddlers upstairs were screaming and thumping at 1am, and the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting out every five minutes and wouldn’t connect properly.
8/10
The kitchen was very well stocked, and the place was clean and comfortable for the price. I’d stay again.
6/10
Easy to walk into the centre from this good location. The rooms were okay, but a bit tired.
