Liberty Apartment Hotel

We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Wellington. The location made it easy to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do. Our room and bathroom were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and they cleaned daily. They also let our dogs stay with us.

As a solo traveller, I felt safe here, and the neighbourhood was nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the central location worked well. I stayed two nights and was pleasantly surprised to find the room had been cleaned in the morning, with fresh towels on the second day. The apartment was very clean, and I didn’t hear anyone else in the hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were especially helpful and friendly, from reception to housekeeping. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Both apartments we stayed in were spotless and spacious, with really comfortable beds, a hot shower with plenty of water, and a washer-dryer for laundry. They were quiet too. We had to switch apartments because the first had a couple of steps down to the bedroom, which was our fault for not asking for a stair-free one, and the move was handled without any hassle. The four-night stay was well placed for the waterfront, te papa and cuba street, with public transport to places like weta and zealandia. I’d happily recommend it and stay again. It’s the most helpful place I’ve stayed.

The hospitable service was the best part of our two-week family stay. Math, Adhya, and the cleaning staff gave world-class customer service and responded quickly. We were in a three-bedroom apartment with our three young children, and it was just the right size with great amenities. The location was phenomenal, only a few blocks from Cuba St and the waterfront. If we need a hotel in the area again, this will be our first stop.
