The pub across the road served good meals at reasonable prices, and getting to the Hawkes Bay cycle tracks was easy from here. My husband and I stayed for six nights to ride them. Kaye, the owner and manager, was so friendly and helpful. Our unit was very clean, serviced every day, and even had the tea, coffee and biscuits topped up. The bed was really comfortable.

Our dog loved staying here, and the grounds felt very secure. The place was clean and comfortable, and Kaye was a very helpful owner. The pub over the road was a bit noisy one night, but I'd stay again.

The rooms felt inviting, with tasteful decor, and were clean. The owner was lovely and happy to help whenever we had questions or wanted recommendations. Amazing place to stay in the Bay. Highly recommend!

We stayed here while work was being done on our own home. The room was a good size, nice and clean, and the staff were great. The bed was very comfortable too. We'd definitely recommend Clive Studios.
