Hush Boutique Accommodation

Pathways wind through native bush to the cabins, giving you that tucked-away-in-the-forest feeling, even though town is only a short drive away. Hush Boutique is peaceful, and we'll definitely stay again. Jude and Dean

We spent five nights in the Potters Studio and loved Hush Boutique. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were fantastic, and the shared kitchen was spotless with everything needed for cooking and eating, plus more. Native bush and birds surround the place, and the neighbours have a lovely Kuni Kuni pig! Hugh was very helpful with suggestions around Coromandel Peninsula and town. He pointed us to Lukes Kitchen on the east coast, which we combined with another stop, though it's worth visiting on its own. We were lucky to find this place. Hugh also hosts weddings here, and it would be a great setting for Auckland companies' work bonding events, especially now the ferry service to and from Auckland to Coromandel is back. Five stars for Hush and Hugh. Go stay, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the warm, clean Harmony cabin for a little family winter break this week, and it was a great place. Hugh was welcoming and knew the area well. The forest surroundings were lovely, and the shared kitchen was really well equipped. Driving creek railway is right across the road and well worth visiting, while town is just a few minutes' drive away. We'll definitely come back. Thanks!

The Gatehouse was a lovely, unusual place to stay, with twin beds, a seating area, plenty of space and a little verandah. There's no cooking setup in the room, but the big shared kitchen has everything. The room also has a fridge, water, tea making facilities and a lovely large shower. A great option, especially for couples.
