I spent a couple of nights in Coromandel and really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely old cottage with fascinating history, and the hosts were lovely too.

We had such a fantastic time that we'll always remember it. Ash and Anne Marie were so friendly and went above and beyond as hosts, sharing their knowledge of New Zealand. The place was comfortable and stunning, and breakfast was delicious. We also loved Coromandel Town, along with the beaches and nearby hikes. You were our favourite Kiwis on the trip. Thanks so much!

Annemarie and Ash welcomed us warmly and were happy to tell us about the house. Their attention to detail and wonderful home cooking made the stay memorable. Karamana Homestead 1872 is a one-of-a-kind place in Coromandel town, an original NZ colonial home built 149 years ago by an early pioneering family. It has so much character, with period-style antiques, furniture, and furnishings. Thank you!

I loved the homestead's front yard and only wish I'd had longer to relax on the porch. It's a lovely, quaint place, and Ash shared lots of stories with us. The hosts were terrific and breakfast was wonderful. You can walk into Coromandel town. I didn't see inside the cottage, but it looked adorable from outside.

Ash's gold mine tour was instructive and fun for both the kids and parents, and I'd recommend it. We had a fantastic stay at Ann-Mary and Ash's place in Coro town. Their lovely cottage worked perfectly for our family of four, and they run the B&B so well. Thanks so much!
