The location, tucked down an alley in the middle of Dunedin’s shops, worked really well for me, and the parking was excellent. I was in town alone for a convention and felt safe throughout my three-night stay. After a long trip, the host gave me a warm welcome. My first-floor room was clean and inviting, with an iron, electric jug, faceclothes, shampoo and soap. The price was very reasonable, too. Fabulous hosts. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We booked direct and ended up staying longer than planned. As our stay kept extending, Duncan fitted us into different rooms and handled our changing needs very professionally. Every room was comfortable and spotless. The motel is in central Dunedin, close to the hospital, and I highly recommend it. We’ll definitely come back.

It was surprisingly quiet, and the parking was really convenient. We could easily walk to places from the motel, too. We spent a few days in Dunedin and had a very comfortable room with a great view across the city. The layout was well thought out, and the king-size bed felt just like the one we have at home. Thanks so much.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were great. It’s also close to the hospital. The room was very clean, and the staff were lovely. Huge kudos to the cleaning crew for doing such an amazing job. We had a great stay in Dunedin!

This was the best place we stayed on our South Island trip. It isn’t a flashy, flawless five-star kind of place, but it’s comfortable, clean, spacious and has everything you need. The location is convenient and there’s parking. Good price, too. Really good!
