The proprietors were friendly and very helpful, and I'd definitely stay again. Our one-bedroom unit felt spacious and was laid out well. It had a queen bed in the lounge and two singles in a separate bedroom. Everything was very clean and well equipped, and takeaway places were literally across the road.

Very tidy rooms, with everything we needed for a short stay. The best part was being able to bring our dog, and the bed was incredibly comfortable too.

The owners at Bella Vista were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even with the location, there wasn't much road noise. I had my dog with me and there were no issues at all. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose it again.

The motel was beautifully clean and the service was lovely and friendly. Our room was still quite small, even though it wasn't a compact double. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, and the Botanic Gardens are an easy walk and stunning to see. Getting to the centre of Dunedin takes about 5-10 minutes by car.

The service was first class, nothing was an issue, and fast food places are within 100m of the door. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable.
