Helpful, friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The large room was comfortable, with excellent amenities and access to laundry facilities. It’s an easy walk to the University of Otago campus and downtown Dunedin. Breakfast is available, too. First-class accommodation in a great location, strongly recommended for singles or couples.

I always come back here when I’m in Dunedin. The rooms are spotless, modern and comfy, and the people running the place are just lovely and helpful. Breakfast is available and there are shared spaces where you can sit with a book or work on your computer. That really sets the place apart.

The heated bathroom floor was especially good, and the rooms are warm, which matters a lot in Dunedin. The university accommodation is finished to a very high standard. It’s perfectly located for the university and just a short walk from the city centre.

Friendly reception and a clean, comfortable place, with great access to Forsyth Barr stadium. It was a little pricey, though, as demand for Ed Sheehan accommodation pushed up the rate for the last available room in Otago for Ed’s last show. Still a good choice.

The bed, pillows and room were great. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderfully obliging. A very good place to stay.
