Steve treated me like family during my five nights at Grandview B&B in Dunedin. I’m 87, and his hospitality made the stay really wonderful. His lovely lady Irene did my laundry, and I was even dropped off at my bus as part of the service. The rooms and views are great, and the owners are wonderfully helpful. When I come back to visit the University, I’ll stay at Grandview again. Dr Albert McLeod

Grandview Bed & Breakfast has new owners as of 1 July 2013. Steve is your host, with many years of hospitality experience and plenty of travel experience himself. If you loved GRANDVIEW B&B before, you’ll love it even more now!

Right near the city centre, and a nice place to get a feel for Dunedin. The staff were super friendly.

Parking was easy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the water pressure was strong. The house felt warm and the view was really nice.

The son is a great guy and would do anything for you. It seems his mother will be running things from now on, and I found her unpleasant and snooty. Such a shame.
