The studio was small but had what I needed, with cupboards stocked with the basics. Parking was plentiful, Botany stores were convenient, and the room stayed warm overnight. The neighbours were quiet, so I had no trouble from upstairs. The lace curtains kept catching in the sliding door, but I still enjoyed a peaceful stay here ❤️

Staff were friendly, but I can't recommend the place. The rooms are very dated and need serious updating, with air conditioning at the very least. It was boiling hot and there was no aircon, and I had to pay extra for basic room service. Pretty average stay.

This is our go to motel in Auckland, and we've stayed several times. The staff are always cheerful and happy to help. Beds are comfy, the spa bath is lovely, and the showers have good pressure. Botany town mall, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, and service stations are all about a five minute drive away. It's an Uber friendly area. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here off and on for three years as a contractor. The staff are happy to help, and the cleaners do an awesome job keeping the rooms serviced well. I'd recommend it for a short or long stay.
