The location is really central, with comfortable beds, a good-sized room and a place to park the car. Great value for the price. Special mention to Iya at the front desk, who made me feel welcome with her warm energy. She remembered my name, shared local tips and sorted things quickly when I needed help. I'd definitely stay again.

We were only passing through, but had a great stay in this budget room. The bed was comfy, the location was good and the staff were awesome and very accommodating. It's a little outdated, but I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was filthy, with a sticky floor and mold on the shower head, room and bathroom floors, window sill and ceiling. The shower was unusable. The fans provided were dirty and dusty, and did nothing to cool the room, which had no air conditioning and was far too hot. The beds were horrible too. It wasn't worth the price. I was very disappointed and couldn't wait to leave. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

We came to Rotorua for a family reunion and picked this place for its central location. After staying, we noticed lots of small, red, itchy bites. My doctor said they appeared to be bed bug bites, and the whole experience left me feeling grossed out. There were many people on site who seemed to live there full time. One woman I asked said she'd been there for over a year. The motel also needs to deal with the smelly filth in the drains. I've seen people rate it 5/5, and have to wonder if the owners are posting those. This is not a 5/5 motel.

It's quiet, clean, friendly and economical, right in the middle of Rotorua. The beds are comfortable, and there's a communal kitchen where you can cook and keep food costs down. The owner is a beautiful soul. It's not the Hilton, but if you want an affordable, clean place close to everything, this is it.
