The apartment felt lovely and homely, with a nice day-cord set out. Having the washer and dryer together was very handy. The bed was a bit hard, and the shower was an eyesore. Its drain hadn't been cleaned for a while, so water collected in the tray. Once I cleaned it out, I could finish showering and then relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Grant, the owner, was incredibly helpful when I realized days before check-in that I'd booked the wrong day. I was horrified, messaged him, and he replied right away. At 8 a.m. on Sunday, he sorted it out in half an hour. The new date was cheaper, and he refunded the difference even though he didn't have to. I'm enjoying the stunning view of NZ, and I appreciate honest, caring, helpful NZ people like Grant. Thank you so much! The apartment itself was new, clean and cozy, beyond my expectations. It was very comfortable and had thoughtful things for travellers, including heated tower rails and air purifiers. So useful!

Everything you could need and more, with beautiful decor, big bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The heat pump meant it was cosy when we arrived. It's a fantastic place to stay. The only thing I found a little overwhelming was how many cameras there were on the property.

The quiet, lovely area made it easy to unwind, and the apartment felt cosy. My family and I found it comfortable and perfectly clean, with a room layout I really liked. We'd happily stay here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Rotorua.
