The low shower pressure was my one real complaint. It took ages to wash, especially not ideal if you have long hair. Otherwise, this was good value for a work trip. Te Puia is about 2 minutes away, parking is onsite, and the large rooms were comfortable. Staff were great and available when needed. The unused spa bath was a nice extra.

I was a little unsure after reading the Google reviews, but everything worked out perfectly. The bedding, space and kitchen were all fine. Our unit was right beside the road, yet we slept really well all night.

It was quiet and peaceful, and the cozy bed made for a comfortable stay. I was in Roturua last week and found the motel room clean, tidy and well equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout. A very pleasant, relaxing visit.

The location worked well, close to the town centre and attractions, and the price was good value. The rooms are relatively clean, though clearly aged, and the driveway down to them is tight and awkward. It's fine for sleeping, but not somewhere you'd want to hang out, and you shouldn't expect a luxury stay.
