We stayed in the two bed apartment as a family of four, and the shared living space was fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy, and it was easy to find. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I spent more than a month here, and the reception team were amazing the whole time, always supportive and helpful with anything I asked. The service was consistent, the rooms were thoughtfully designed, and the beds were very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

They advertise a kitchen and parking, but I was told the hotel only has 16 parking spaces and none was available. The only alternative was a paid public 90 min carpark because construction was happening right in front of the main entrance. Getting from there to the hotel meant a 30-40 metre obstacle course through the construction. We had four large suitcases, but no one offered to let us unload through the parking garage before moving the car. They offered a hotel trolley, but it was too wide for the construction path and couldn't get over the curbs, bark, and other obstacles. Even during a blizzard at checkout, the receptionist seemed oblivious to customers' needs and her surroundings, or was playing dumb. The bed has wheels, so if you sit up against the headboard, it rolls away from the wall. The dryer spread lint all over the bathroom. And the advertised “kitchen” was just a counter with a microwave. Check in was a horrible experience. We expected decent customer service and got absolutely nothing.
