The room was spacious, cleaned every day, and felt freshly renovated to a higher standard than most motels we’ve stayed in around NZ. It had a new carpet, TV, free wifi, a kitchenette with all the amenities, and a lovely bathroom. The shower head had an awesome water steam too. We booked because a family member was having surgery at nearby Ormiston private hospital, and being so close was fabulous. The owner was lovely and attentive to what we needed. I honestly can’t think of anything to fault. Thanks for the service, and if we’re back in the area, I’d book again without hesitation. Merry Christmas!

We found Dannemora online after a bit of a mess with our first hotel, and I’m so glad we booked here. Avionne was a delight to deal with and very accommodating. The clean, tidy room was upgraded to one with a double spa, which was divine. It was close to everything we had planned for our long weekend. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Auckland. Thanks so much!

We had an issue with booking.com, but Avionne held the room for us while we sorted things out on our end. She’s absolutely lovely to deal with and works so hard. The place was perfect for hubby and me, and the room was very warm and suited what we needed. We enjoyed metallica as well. Would stay here again and again. Thank you! Liz & Derek

We’ve stayed here on and off for 20 years, and the rooms have always been great, clean and tidy. It’s close to Ormiston Shopping Centre and all the amenities we need.
