YOGITA at reception made a real difference to our two-night family stay. We'd booked at the last minute, but she was welcoming, professional, kind, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with excellent service and a relaxing feel for us and the kids. Thanks to YOGITA for making the visit memorable. We'd happily recommend Sudima Queenstown to families visiting Queenstown.

We came from Wanaka for a weekend away, mainly to shop in Frankton, and the location worked perfectly. Parking was right outside our door. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great range of tasty options and was very good.

The team went out of their way to help us have a great stay. There are cafes, shops, and other amenities nearby, including Liquid Laundry laundromat a short walk away, which is handy for families travelling. It's a quick drive to central Queenstown, but far enough out to avoid the city bustle, and there's plenty of parking if you've hired a car. We'd absolutely stay at Sudima Queenstown again.

Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance, and the hotel is new, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Our late check-in involved some waiting. The entrance wasn't obvious from outside, so clearer signs would help.

We booked a Deluxe Twin Room with two queen beds through Agoda for NZD $302.50 and spent one night here. The room was spotless, modern, and carefully maintained, with a comfortable layout, lighting, and amenities. The bed was so soft and plush that I'd rate the comfort 100/10, among the best sleep we've had on this trip. The Five Mile area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés a short walk away. Even with all those conveniences nearby, the hotel felt calm and peaceful, while still giving easy access to Queenstown's main attractions. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Everything exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, stylish, and well located, it felt perfect to us. We'd definitely stay at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.
