The grounds, including the lovely gardens, were so well maintained. Our room was spotless, and the owners made us feel very welcome. Finding fresh milk and biscuits waiting for us was a lovely touch. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We brought our two cats and had a wonderful stay. It's pet-friendly, and I especially recommend it to families with well-trained pets. The owners were super friendly and had already warmed the room for us. The room was clean, well equipped, and in an excellent location. You'd be hard-pressed to find better value anywhere else!

John was courteous and helpful, and I had a lovely night's rest in a cosy, clean space. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the room was thoughtfully put together with kitchen amenities. I'd definitely recommend staying here while exploring beautiful NZ :)

This was our first stop on a South Island road trip, and a perfect place to rest after the long flight to Christchurch. The host was welcoming, the room clean and cosy, and the location easy to find. We had fresh milk, cookies, and lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to choose from. A nice, quiet night in.
