Travellers Inn Motel

The only drawback for me was construction nearby. It started early, so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Otherwise, Traveller’s Inn Motel was a comfortable, peaceful place to rest, in a handy spot with what you need just down the road. The hotelier was warm and accommodating. My room was exceptionally clean and fresh, including the bathroom and kitchenette, and there were lots of fresh towels and thoughtful bathroom supplies. The shower and toilet were spotless, with great water pressure. The kitchenette had what I needed for quick meals during a short stay; salt and pepper sachets alongside the tea and coffee would be a nice addition. I’d gladly stay again.

The manager was very helpful and easy to approach, and our room felt new and was spotless. Having a barbecue area and outdoor tables to enjoy was a real bonus. There were exterior renovations underway, which affected the first impression, but that didn’t last. We were very happy with our stay.

The man at reception was incredibly helpful when bad weather forced us to end our camping trip early. We arrived soaking wet, stressed, and needing a hot shower, somewhere to cook, and a clean, comfortable place to sleep. He even found a spot for us to dry the tent overnight and helped us unfold it. In the morning, he checked the roads and let us know about closures. Such great service, thank you.

I stayed here six years ago and came back today. It’s still smart and friendly, with upgrades showing. The owner was welcoming and accommodating when we arrived late. The rooms have what you need and are exceptionally clean.
