The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were great, and if there was any issue with the room, they came straight away to help. I loved the motel and felt at home here. What you pay is worth it for the service. I’m glad I chose to stay, and I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Gisborne.

The manager deserves my sincere thanks. I’ve stayed at this motel several times, and although I usually get Room 6, this visit I was given Room 4. The mattress there felt a little too soft, so at 7 pm she personally took me around to try the mattresses in different rooms. We ended up moving to a more expensive room, and she didn’t charge me extra. I’ve tried quite a few hotels during my many trips to Gisborne, but this one is my favorite for its quiet atmosphere and excellent WiFi.

The park is just across the road, with the Tav nearby for dinner and shops close at hand. I stayed for a few nights with my two babies, and the room was just right for us; they felt at home. The woman at reception was the coolest, so warm and welcoming, and she made our stay extra special. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely be back.

They really look after the people staying here. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and kind, and I appreciated the rooms, clean linen, and daily top-ups of items. I recommend it to anyone looking for a family-oriented place where people really care about others. Thank you so much, much love.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they’ll assist with requests or arrangements if you ask. The room had plenty of amenities, including air conditioning. Really awesome accommodation.
