For the price, it was an absolute bargain. The rooms were clean, functional, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were lovely, and free parking was a nice bonus. We had a very pleasant stay.

I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room. It wasn’t clean, with roaches present and visible stains on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. I raised my concerns with staff but got no response or help. Basic hygiene and cleanliness standards weren’t met. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be coming back.

We left shortly after checking in, just 1.5 hours into our stay, and I’m requesting a full refund because we couldn’t continue after this experience. At around 12:30 a.m., after we’d been out for dinner, a staff member knocked on our door and said we were being noisy. We had only been talking in the room, which doesn’t constitute noise. The staff member stayed outside our room after knocking, making us uncomfortable and disturbing our privacy. This was unexpected and unprofessional, especially so late at night. If there was a concern, a phone call would have been the appropriate, professional way to contact us. We’d checked in about 1.5 hours earlier and were in the room only briefly before going out for dinner. The incident completely disrupted our night and made us feel unwelcome. I hope this is reviewed seriously and look forward to a prompt response.

I paid to park at this hotel, but another vehicle blocked my car in the carpark and stopped me leaving normally. When I told staff, they were unwilling or unable to help, and nobody tried to sort it out or raise it with management. That level of support is unacceptable for paid parking. If you need reliable access to your car, be aware staff may not help when a problem comes up.
