The people really made the stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the customer service couldn’t have been better. The rooms were super clean, smelled amazing, and had very comfy beds.

The manager Taj was always polite and considerate, and really easy to deal with, especially when we had last minute requests. The location was perfect, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a 10/10 stay in a spacious one bedroom. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming, and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed the spa bath too. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hastings!

Ektaj at reception gave us good suggestions for places around hasting and napier, and made our stay wonderful with great customer service. The location was amazing, right in the city with restaurants nearby. Our room was big and had a spa. We’ll definitely be back.

I was only in town overnight for work, so I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The desk staff member welcomed me warmly, and the room was just what I wanted: quiet, clean and comfortable. Food, cafes and other amenities were close by too.
