The staff were wonderful and helpful, and parking was easy. It's also an easy walk to the village. Rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds, a good-sized TV and a kitchenette with a reasonable selection of pots and pans. The aircon was quiet and effective, and there was a range of pillows. The decor colors look dated, but that's a small thing compared with the comfort and location.

The room was spacious and great, and that big spa tub was the best. Perfect location too!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, fitting us in for a last-minute booking and check-in without any fuss. We felt very welcome. Our family room at the Village Motel was spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped, with excellent facilities. It's also ideally placed close to the city center, handy for exploring. A funny little detail, both salt and pepper shakers had salt in them, which gave us a laugh! I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

We had a lovely night away. The spa was outstanding, and the location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. Teresa was so lovely, she stopped to ask how our stay was and had a chat. The place was tidy and clean. We'll be back in summer to enjoy a night out in Havelock.

A lovely lady greeted me, along with a gorgeous little dog. The room was spacious, with a spa bath, and close to town. I liked it, though the bath was too high for me to get into and the toilet seat was loose.
