We had a great stay and it was excellent value. There are just two units, with plenty of off-street parking, and the host was wonderful about accommodating us when road closures affected our plans. The views were amazing, and the large room has the bed positioned so you can look out across the ocean. There’s everything you need to eat, relax or head out exploring. You are right by the main road, but it wasn’t too annoying. If you’re in Kaka Point, I recommend checking it out.

The huge panoramic windows made it easy to enjoy the views, even from the recliners on a rainy day. In better weather, the balcony is a lovely place for coffee and breakfast overlooking Kaka Point's beaches. The self-contained place had all the amenities, including HRV and a heat pump, and lots of thoughtful little touches. We had a relaxing three-night stay despite the wet weather. Highly recommend.

We came down from Queenstown for a quick trip, our first away as a family of three, with our six-month-old. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, with a wonderful ocean view. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the room was clean. The bathroom and spa were lovely, with fabulous views. Lisa was so welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this beautiful gem. Thanks, Lisa, for a fabulous stay.

We had a great time staying here, and it was lovely to meet Lisa and chat with her in person. The huge windows gave us a beautiful sunrise, and we enjoyed the spa bath. I loved the light in the bathroom so much that I’m going to buy one. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much.

The ceiling-to-floor windows gave us an amazing panoramic view, and even the bathroom had a lovely outlook. The decor was great and the bed was really comfortable, so we slept well. That little welcome on the chalkboard by our door made us feel special. Exceptional room. Thank you, and I hope we can stay again someday :)
