That outdoor hot tub, with its amazing look toward Coronet Peak, was a real treat. We had a fantastic birthday getaway for my wife at HawkRidge, and the hosts had thought of all sorts of details: a bottle of Pinot noir, homemade bread, cheese and crackers, and wood parcels ready for the indoor fireplace. Everything was spot on. We can’t wait to return to Arrowrown soon, and we’ll stay at HawkRidge again.
An amazing secret spot, tucked away off the beaten track. The poolside hot tub beats the commercial ones people pay $200 for. For this kind of place, I’d pay $1,000 + in Australia, and the price here is such a good deal. Loved our stay!!!!!
The chalet was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet outdoor hot tub and the incredible starry sky from there. Waking up to that beautiful view each morning was lovely, and the fireplace in the honeymooners chalet was just the right size. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Arrowtown.
We spent New Year’s in Michelle and Dougal's rustic gem, and soaking in the hot tub beneath the Milky Way was magical. The views were breathtaking, and the place has so much warmth and charm, from its distinctive design to all the thoughtful amenities.
Michelle was helpful and accommodating throughout our week in the Honeymoon Chalet. The place was peaceful and relaxing, with wonderful views from the hot tub. We could even see the lights from Coronet Peak’s night skiing, which was really cool. The chalet itself was beautiful and cozy, with a fireplace, a very comfortable bed, fresh bread, and lots of thoughtful touches. It’s also close to both the Remarkables and Coronet Peak ski fields. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay. Thank you!
