Sheena was so welcoming and checked in on us during our two nights at Laurel Bank House. The old house has a really cozy feel, and we had a great stay. She even offered us a complimentary room upgrade for the second night. We loved being there and would absolutely recommend it in Queenstown.

We got in really late, and Sheena was lovely about it. There was even a bottle of wine waiting to celebrate our engagement. My fiance and I had such a good time at Laurel Bank House, and when we make it back to Queenstown, we'll book with her and Barley again.

We loved being away from the busy city in such a rural setting. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, and Sheena's service was outstanding. Thanks so much for everything. We hope to come back again. Happy Easter!

Our flight back home to the USA was cancelled, so my wife and I made a last-minute booking at Laurel Bank House. What a wonderful host. The rooms were amazing, and the place has so much character and feels truly unique. We were grateful to find it and had an amazing experience. Stay here if you're in Queenstown!

Pinot, Merlot, Gibbston, and Stormy the cat were such a lovely part of the stay, the dogs are so friendly and the cat is a real smoocher. The restored homestead is beautiful, a relaxing place to stay and a handy base for getting outdoors. Sheena and Steve are great company, full of Queenstown stories and local information, and always happy to help. I loved it there and highly recommend staying.
