Emma and the staff helped us feel at ease again, and I'm so grateful for that. On our first night, another guest made my 9-year-old son and me uncomfortable, and I had a safety concern that wasn't related to the hotel. I called the front desk from our room. Emma listened, took my worry seriously, and helped sort it out quickly and without conflict. We could then enjoy the rest of our vacation. That care and professionalism made this one of my best hotel experiences, and I'll never forget it. Thank you for giving me back my peace of mind as well as a comfortable stay. I came from the US with my son for a four-day break. The hotel was perfectly located, the rooms were clean, and the dining was pretty good.

Free parking made things easier for our guests, and the Pacific Island Buffet Menu was top notch. The staff on the night treated us like family, even when we made a few changes just before the reception. They accommodated everything with a smile. Our family had an amazing experience at my son's wedding reception in the Jean Batten Ballroom a week ago, and I'm still thinking about it. Mandy and Eshini (Conference & Events Co-Ordinator) were central to bringing my son and daughter in-love's wedding vision to life. Their quick communication made planning easy, and they understood our Island culture and made sure our family had what we needed. We're so thankful for their expertise and dedication. Two thumbs up, they know how to make special events memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Auckland Airport for any occasion. Malo Aupito. God bless.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were exceptional, but the furniture was very worn and stained. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a bug in one of the bowls and food that tasted off. The sausage options were mushy, though the bacon and hash browns were decent. For what we paid, dining there wasn't a good experience.

Abhijeet Kulkarni took great care with our vegetarian food request and arranged it perfectly. He also thought about what my baby needed and made sure hot food was available, which made the stay much easier and more comfortable. We really appreciated his care and service. Holiday Inn Auckland Airport was comfortable and wonderful, with excellent hospitality and staff who looked after all our needs. Highly recommend for families wanting a relaxing stay!

Our connecting flight to Tauranga was cancelled after we arrived in Auckland from Australia, so Air New Zealand arranged a night at this hotel. A shuttle brought us over, and the team checked in our large group quickly and smoothly. We were on the second floor and there was no lift, but the room was excellent, clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were very satisfied.
