Jet Park Hotel Auckland Airport

Breakfast was the biggest letdown. We paid over $30 per person and got instant coffee quality coffee, a messy buffet table, and dishes that weren't very high quality. We'd had such a good dinner the night before that we expected more for the price. Next time I'd skip breakfast and use the nice Nespresso machine in the room. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities, the staff are friendly, and the garden design is lovely. There's lots of free parking and an EV charger, plus the complimentary airport shuttle is a big plus. The room design isn't the most inspiring, but you can't have everything.

We arrived late because our flight was delayed, but the staff kept the kitchen open so we could get a meal. Nobody made us feel rushed, and after a long travel day everyone was friendly and kind. The meals were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and nothing was a problem. Amazing service, would highly recommend.

The service and people were lovely, and I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room with a nice dinner at the restaurant. Selling cafe food the next day, like scones, felt a bit of a no-no, though.

We were in Block 4, Level 2, in a clean, nice deluxe twin room with two queen beds, a large window, and a view of the carpark. Still, we all woke with sore backs because the beds were hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The room had no microwave, toaster, or hairdryer, and there were no outlet plugs, so we had to unplug the room phone and charge one thing at a time. With the windows unable to open, it got hot without the aircon, but on low the unit was noisy and sounded like a plane flying overhead. The shower head twists around unnecessarily while you're showering, and the TV programmes were boring, with no movie channels.
