We stayed in the six-bedroom apartment for a work Christmas do, just for one night, and it was perfect. There was heaps of space, everything was clean and tidy, and the views were amazing. The beach was quick and easy to get to, and the spa was great. The owner was very accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

The studio had everything we needed, and the view from inside and from the terrace outside was the standout. It was a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring. Having a washer and dryer in the room was an added bonus. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We’re a large family, and Rooms 1 and 2 at By The Beach Apartments worked really well for us. The apartments were warm when we arrived late, with the lights already on, which was lovely. Great location, friendly service and excellent communication. Thanks for a great break, our family highly recommends the property.

The apartment felt newly renovated, and the owners were so friendly and accommodating when I booked at the last minute. I was only there one night and didn’t use the spa, but it looked very inviting overlooking the water, especially at night. The view was second to none, and the beachfront location gives you privacy while still being incredibly close to the beach. I wish I’d stayed longer to enjoy it properly. No complaints, I’m making this my go-to place in Mangonui.

Our studio had its own kitchen, plus a washer and dryer in the room. With those amazing views and a fantastic location, it made for a great getaway. Highly recommend!
