Martinborough Motel

The room has a very retro look, but it was perfectly clean and well maintained. There’s no WiFi. It’s a sweet little motel, just a minute’s walk from the lovely, lively town square, and a great base for visiting the vineyards.

Colin & Gail, thanks very much for the two nights last Easter 2025. Sorry I had to check out early and leave without saying goodbye. I loved your neat, clean, tidy place, and the milk for tea and coffee was much appreciated. It’s close to town, quiet, and has parking right at the door and everything you could need.

Colin and Gail were super friendly and helpful. We had the smaller room for one night to rest, after hiking at the Putangirua Pinnacles and before driving on to Wellington. It had everything we needed. It was cold and rainy when we arrived, so the warm welcome and electric blanket really saved us 😊

Colin and his wife were lovely, and it was great to meet them. The building and rooms could use some paint and updating, though the bed was great. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location was very handy. We’d stay again.
