Crab Cove

Tori, our charming host, brought us a wonderful breakfast each day and left it outside the cottage door. We had complete privacy and stocked up on food so we could stay in without needing to leave. The cottage is exceptionally beautiful and superbly equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, a two-ring gas hob, and a gas Weber barbecue. There’s plenty to do nearby without getting in the car: canoes and snorkelling gear are available, and short walks are close by. You can reach the private beach by a steep staircase. On bad-weather days, the sauna makes it easy to have a relaxing day indoors.

Crab Cove was one of the best experiences we’ve had. It’s tucked into a large rural farm on top of a cliff, with wonderful sea views and sunsets, and a private beach down the stairs. The owners live around you, but your privacy is guaranteed. It’s peaceful, romantic, and relaxing, with high-end self-catering accommodation for couples. The amenities are five-star, and there’s everything you might need, plus wetsuits, life jackets, fins, goggles, kayaks, and even a sauna. A special place to remember and experience. 10/10! Victoria and Dave were wonderful hosts, making sure we had what we needed and suggesting plenty of things to see and do nearby. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with something different every morning, and it was amazingly delicious. The studio has everything for either a short or longer stay, and the beach is a short walk away. The extra-large shower and sauna were lovely additions. It’s a stunning, peaceful place to wake up to the sound of the ocean, with amazing views. I loved staying here and recommend Crab Cove to anyone visiting the Northern Islands for a special, relaxing getaway. Thank you, Victoria and Dave. We’ll definitely visit again.

Victoria was a wonderful host and gave us some great suggestions. We had a really relaxing stay at Crab Cove, celebrating my birthday and our engagement. The location and views were amazing, and we enjoyed the changing breakfast selection each day, the private sauna, and the kayaks provided for us to use. The beach was only a short walk away.
