Methven Lodge BnB

The cosy lounge with its fireplace, the jacuzzi after skiing, and the delicious breakfast made our holiday memorable. Our room was warm and comfortable, and Methven Lodge & BnB had everything we could need and more. Lindy, Bert and Luca welcomed us so warmly for our four-night stay. Best stay we've had in over three years in New Zealand. Thank you so much, highly recommended!

The freshly squeezed juice and homemade bread at breakfast were a lovely way to start the day. After six days at Methven Lodge & B&B, we were already thinking about coming back. We booked on a family's recommendation from a few years ago, and weren't disappointed. Lindy and Bert were charming, friendly hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The big lounge and dining area was great for chatting with other guests, or just spending time with family after a dip in the spa. Thanks, Bert and Lindy.

It felt like home away from home, and we wished we could stay longer. The rooms, lounge, and kitchen were spotless and everything was well put together. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, spa pool, cosy fire, and great coffee in the morning. Luka the lovely pooch, we miss you very much :-). Lindy and Bert, thanks so much for hosting us. A retro B & B with a very cool feel, always warm and cosy, and the welcome is just as warm. Bert and Lindy go out of their way to make you feel at home. After a day skiing, a dip in the spa is a lovely way to be welcomed back.
