Avril and Karl were lovely hosts. Their breakfast became the one we compared all the others to.

Didn't know Mosgiel had a bed and breakfast this amazing. I wouldn't have believed it if someone had told me. Beautiful property, and the breakfast was brilliant.

We only stayed the one night, though this wonderful B&B deserves a longer visit. Super hosts, and I couldn't fault it.

Karl and Avril took care of every last detail and did everything to pamper us. We had a fantastic stay, and celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary there made it unforgettable.
