The staff were the highlight of our trip. They were cheerful, considerate, kind, and helpful, and made our three-night stay feel special. The room was clean, bright, airy, private, and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and a good size for the two of us, and we didn’t roll together, which was a bonus. The location made it easy to explore the town center on foot, and staff lent us bikes to go further afield. Thank you, Riverlodge! You’re fantastic.

We had a lovely balcony outside our upstairs room and could leave the doors open the whole time. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, with the option of a bath. It’s so convenient for the city and bus depot, with riverwalks right beside it and the botanical gardens nearby. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend 👌

There was plenty of room for our sports group in the four-bedroom apartment while we were in town for a competition. We could all coexist comfortably, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen spaces were sufficient. We’ll stay here again.

Five of us stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and were really happy. The lodge is older, but you can see they’ve done a lot of work to update it, and it seems to be ongoing. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, not far from town, and the staff were helpful. Communication was excellent. Nice hot shower!

They moved my sister and me from a double room to a family room for our second night, which was accommodating of them. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly, and the central location made it easy to walk around.
