The apartment made a great base for exploring, with Nelson only a 5-10 minute drive away and Abel Tasman National Park about 40 minutes away. The Peanut Factory and Beer Brewelry are close enough to walk to, too. I spent three days here relaxing between transfers from the South Island to the North Island. The place was amazing, with a beautiful pool and everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend it.

The Woodstock Suites felt like a home away from home while I was travelling for work, which can get monotonous in hotels. The accommodation was lovely, the hosts were great, and the location worked well. Check-in was easy. See you next time.

Martine is a lovely hostess with creative ideas and solutions. The place is tastefully decorated, unique, and has everything you need, including a Nespresso machine. There isn’t much natural light in the room, though you can sit outside in the lovely grounds. Highly recommended, just bear in mind it’s in Stoke, not Nelson.
