The homemade honey whiskey was delicious, and the food was excellent. Gary and Fiona gave us such a warm welcome, and our room was very clean and well soundproofed. I’d happily recommend Saxton Lodge!

Saxton Lodge made the trip really easy. It’s near the airport and on the bus route to Abel Tasman National Park, and they stored my bags while I walked the track. My room was clean and roomy. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed two nights for a wedding late last year. The owners were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful area and very central. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nelson.
