We stayed in studio 26 this weekend, and my kids had such a good time at the Flamingo Motel that they were annoyed when I said it was time to leave. We all enjoyed both swimming pools, and the BBQ was awesome. I’ve read some reviews that I can’t say match our experience. The staff were hardworking, helpful and welcoming. Thanks to Ashlyn, Wendy, Paula, Tamzyn, Ngaire, Lisa, Meadow, Kate, Grace, Hope, and Simon for your efforts. We’d gladly stay again, and maybe we’ll see you next TSB light festable. Well done, team.

We love staying here, and we appreciate that you’re new owners, but we’re disappointed that we can’t even log in to Sky with our own details. We don’t mind using our own login, but it would be nice if the TV options worked. Please sort them out.

The pools were nice and the staff were great, though the location was only okay and quite loud. The room felt very outdated, with very old furniture. The shower didn’t have adequate packing underneath, so it made heaps of noise whenever you moved, which wasn’t great while sharing a room with someone sleeping. It was okay overall, but overpriced for the quality.

The hot pool was great, as was the main pool. Our unit backed onto the main road and was super noisy, so be aware and ask for a room away from the road. Inside, the taps dripped, the couch had a smashed armrest, and the TV was tiny and difficult to navigate.

I had an emergency at home and couldn’t stay the second night, but I was still charged for it. The hot pool was closed, even though the motel is advertised with one, and apparently it’s been closed for a couple of years. Our room reeked of urine, the air conditioner flooded the area where you sit outside, the driveway was dug up and dangerous, and parking behind our room was very tight. All in all, it wasn’t a nice experience and I’d never stay there again. Bet this review gets removed again! They only like to keep the good reviews.
